Quick answers
How long does shipping take?
India: 3–5 business days. USA/UK/Europe: 7–12 business days. Rest of world: 10–18 business days. All orders come with a tracking link.
Can I return or exchange my bag?
Yes! Easy returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. We cover return shipping for defective items.
Are these really handmade?
100% yes. No machines are used in printing or quilting. Each bag takes 2–4 hours to make by hand. Slight variations are normal and proof of authenticity.
Can I order in bulk / wholesale?
Yes! We offer wholesale for boutiques, gift corporates and event organisers. Select 'Wholesale / Collab' in the form above or email wholesale@zoshak.com.
How do I care for my bag?
Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent. Press gently, no wringing. Dry flat in shade. The colours will deepen beautifully with age.
Can I request a custom design?
We love custom orders! Minimum order of 5 pieces. Drop us a message and we'll connect you with our design team. Lead time is 4–6 weeks.
