Worked entirely in a rich olive-gold thread against undyed, slubby ivory cotton, the embroidery blooms in bold rosette medallions across the back and hem — each one a sun-like flower with fanned petals radiating from a dense embroidered heart. Between them, slender vines coil and sprout trefoil leaves, framed by borders of climbing tendrils that run the full length of the front placket and collar. The scale is generous, almost mural-like, so the garment reads as a wearable textile panel rather than a printed pattern.
