This jacket is a living continuation of that tradition, born in the hands of master karigars in Jaipur who have spent generations perfecting the sinuous art of chain stitch embroidery on handwoven cotton.

The base is a warm ivory handwoven cotton, dense with texture, across which an entire botanical world unfurls. Deep indigo branches climb freely, their arms reaching toward fan-shaped blooms in dusty burgundy and aged gold. Slate-blue poppy heads — heavy and dreamlike — sit nestled among finely stitched black fern fronds and scattered ruby florets. The border trim along the front placket and collar is worked in a continuous vine motif in cobalt and ivory, framing the composition with architectural precision. Every motif — the carnation, the pomegranate, the branching tree of life — is drawn directly from the Central Asian suzani vocabulary, reinterpreted here through the Rajasthani hand.
